The play dough mixer does not need a lot of power, so the motor power can be appropriately selected to be smaller. A 300L play dough mixer with an 11kW reducer can meet the requirements.
(2) The screw motor of play dough equipment can adopt a 3-kw reducer, and use a frequency converter to operate the speed and the forward and reverse rotation of the motor. Controlling the speed of the screw motor is to facilitate the control of the discharge speed, and controlling the forward and reverse rotation of the screw motor is to improve the mixing accuracy of the material. Because, when mixing materials, reversing the screw motor can push the materials in the discharge chute into the box to continue mixing and stirring, so as to avoid the materials in the discharge chute not being stirred and affecting the mixing uniformity of the materials.
