Pre-sale service:

1. According to customer's requirements, configure the most suitable proposal (including pictures, video, technical parameter, price);
2. Slove any questions from customers for our stationery machine

Sales service:

1. Report equipment production progress to customers in time;
2. Trial running before delivery and send the testing report, offer finished product for customer confirmation.;
3. Shipping on time;

After-sale service:

1. Providing life-long service, and free maintenance if any quality problems within one year;
2. Installation and commissioning:
  • Providing operation manual and video, teach how to operate step by step (the single machine which is easy to operate);
  • Customer sends technicians to our factory for training.
  • Engineers available to service machinery overseas. Our skilled engineers will be assigned to coordinate installation, commissioning and training, for the maximum duration of 30 working days, customers will supply the air return tickets, food, accommodation, transportation, communication, insurance, tax (if have) for the engineers. USD 100.00/day/person working fee will be paid to them.
